Hi! I'm Morrin, the founder of Wholism.

Welcome! Whether you're here to expand your knowledge, find more balance in your life, or connect with like-minded individuals, I'm thrilled you stopped by.

My mission is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and the creation of a purpose-driven, fulfilling life.

 

At Wholism, my approach is rooted in holistic wellness, embracing the importance of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Educational Background

I bring a unique blend of scientific knowledge and holistic practices to my coaching sessions. With a background in Occupational Therapy, I have a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. My studies in neurolinguistic conditioning and the Demartini Method have deepened my understanding of human behavior and personal transformation.

 

Additionally, my certified health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) allows me to approach wellness from a holistic perspective. By combining these diverse fields, I offer a comprehensive and balanced approach to personal growth and well-being.

This fall, I will be undertaking a course in Systemic Coaching at the NLP institute. This advanced training will enhance my expertise and broaden my scope of practice as both a coach and an occupational therapist. By integrating systemic approaches, I aim to provide deeper insights and more comprehensive support to my clients, ultimately improving their outcomes and experiences.

A bit more about my journey

After finishing my occupational therapy degree in Amsterdam, I decided to travel the world. I worked as a personal assistent in London, and became a high-end professional nanny in Australia. I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in diverse cultures and experiences.

Throughout my life, I've always been passionate about staying active and connected with nature. From playing field hockey as a child to my current love for yoga and hiking, I find joy and balance in physical activity.

 

My fascination with the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul has been a guiding force, leading me to explore various fields of study and practice.

​

Now, I am embarking on an exciting new chapter, building my own tiny house in the outskirts of Amsterdam. This project reflects my commitment to a mindful and sustainable lifestyle. Today, I integrate these experiences and passions into my holistic approach, helping others achieve a harmonious and fulfilling life.
