Purchasing an online product or programme at Wholism as a consumer (for personal use, not business)? You have a statutory right of withdrawal.
What does this mean?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment the agreement is concluded. Within this period, you can withdraw your purchase without giving a reason.
How do you submit a withdrawal request?
Via the form on this page. Fill in your name, email address and order number and confirm your request. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by email, including the date and time of submission.
The Wholism team will contact you within a few working days regarding further handling.
What happens next?
Upon receiving your request, we will assess whether the withdrawal falls within the applicable period and whether any exceptions apply. You will receive a message about this.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the amount paid within 14 days.
