Wholism offers personal and high-quality occupational therapy sessions from a holistic perspective. This means we consider the physical, emotional, and mental components of well-being.
From this viewpoint, we guide individuals in resuming their work/life balance and recovery after a burnout, an accident, or illness. Together, we create a plan focused on what is important to you.
Rates, Coverage & Reimbursements
Non-contracted Practice
Wholism does not have any contracts with health insurance companies. This decision stems from the vision we have developed at Wholism regarding the care we want to provide to our clients, which is no longer compatible with the contracts offered by insurance companies.

Coverage & Reimbursement
Your basic insurance covers 10 hours of occupational therapy per calendar year. This will be subtracted from your own risk. Additionally, supplementary packages may provide an extra 2-5 hours. The cost of each consult will be billed to you directly. The invoice should be paid via direct bank transfer to Wholism. You can then submit the invoice to your health insurer for reimbursement.

For non-contracted care, most insurance companies reimburse around 70% or more. The reimbursement depends on the policy you have. For more information about the availability of non-contracted care, you can visit your health insurer’s website or contact your health insurer directly.

Occupational Therapy Rates
All occupational therapy sessions are 60 minutes long.

Missed Appointment Policy
